Paint Your Pet

Each paint your pet class is a facilitated, hands-on (yet go-at-your-own-pace) event. After registering, you will email Andrea the portrait you'd like to paint, which she will pre-sketch onto your canvas before the class. 

At our special holiday class, you can opt to add a Santa hat, holly to the collar or another simple holiday element to your portait absolutely free! Just let Andrea know what your thoughts are when you email your portrait to her!

Although sketches are predrawn, each artist has the liberty to add/change/delete elements of their artwork as they progress through the process. Students are individually guided through the process of creating an underpainting and then adding layers of acrylic paint to build texture, depth and dimension to their artworks.

Each class runs approximately 3 hours, and you will need every minute of those three hours to complete your masterpiece. At Bag of Bones Barkery events, each canvas is 16x20in unless otherwise noted.
