THINGS TO KNOW:
PREBOOKING IS REQUIRED FOR EACH PET
You must book an arrival time for each pet that will be receiving services on a Dapper Day. You will be charged a $20 booking fee, which will be applied toward services rendered that day.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your time, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. If less than 48 hours' notice is given - for ANY reason (even unforeseen circumstances or events beyond your control) - your $20 booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward a rebooked arrival time. You can quickly and easily cancel or reschedule your booking in the original confirmation email you receive. All clients also receive a reminder email 3 days before any booked time.
PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR BOOKED TIME
It's important for you to arrive within the 15-minute arrival window you've booked. If you arrive outside this window (either too early or too late), please do not expect to be seen immediately. Clients arriving as scheduled will receive priority if there is a wait.
IT'S BEST TO EXPECT A WAIT
You are booking an arrival time, not an appointment. Pets can be very unpredictable, and some may be uncooperative during their session. When you arrive, it's very likely there could be a wait. If this is the case, our check-in staff will assign you a number and alert you when it's your pet's turn to be seen.
CATS AND DOGS WELCOME
Sidney can perform services for both cats and dogs during Dapper Days. However, please note that for safety Sidney uses an air muzzle like the one shown here for all cats. If you are not comfortable with your cat wearing an air muzzle for the short duration of his/her appointment, you may want to seek out other options.
WALK-INS ARE ONLY PERMITTED IF POSSIBLE
Clients are always welcome to call or stop by the store each Sunday to see if there is any walk-in availability for a Dapper Day. However, walk-ins are only permitted if a day has not been fully booked or if Sidney is ahead that day. Walk-ins are fully at the discretion of our staff and Sidney at each event. Priority will always be given to those who have pre-booked. We are never obligated to offer or allow walk-ins.
