We don't want shipping charges and fees to prohibit you from purchasing the products you love for your pet(s). We also know how frustrating it can be to enjoy shopping for items only to get hit with huge or confusing shipping charges at checkout that put the order out of your budget. What a bummer.
So, we've made ours really easy to understand.
All orders over $69 (sales tax not included) on our website ship completely free. And smaller orders that don't quite make that minimum ship for a flat fee of $9, regardless of what's in that order. You'll always know what you're paying for shipping as you shop.
Keep in mind that items marked "Local Delivery Only" will be delivered right to your door by members of our staff. These items can ONLY be delivered within 10 miles of our store in Hamilton, NJ 08619. If you're more than 10 miles away, we won't be able to deliver your items or order to you. We deliver locally each Monday. So, as long as we have all items in your order in stock, your delivery will occur on the first Monday after it is placed.
Once your order is placed, we'll ship as quickly and efficiently as we can. We ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States (unfortunately this excludes Alaska and Hawaii as well as Puerto Rico and all other US outlying islands). Based on your location and the size and weight of your order, we will determine the best shipping methods to use (usually UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail) and get your tracking information to you right away so you know when to expect your item(s). While we strive to get all orders out the door in less than 48 hours, some hard-to-find or out-of-stock items might require a little bit more time. If that's the case, you'll hear from us.
And because we utilize a network of distributors, warehouses and manufacturers in addition to the inventory in our Hamilton, NJ store to fulfill orders, there may be times that your order arrives in more than one delivery or box -- quite possibly on different days. Do not worry. We will alert you if this is the case and provide you with shipping details and tracking information for everything!
